“Lee came on board mid september 2022 taking over our project that was grossly overtime, mismanaged and over budget. Lee had to work with some sub-contractors that were contracted by the previous gc that were not up to par, not punctual and generally inept. in addition to those PROBLEMS, he was able to bring current permits up to date that were not complete or not filed at all. his knowledge of local government and quality contractors was of immense help in bringing the project to completion. my only regret is i wish i had contracted lee sooner. if the oppertunity to build another facility arises lee will be the first on the list to call.

Seito Construction and Consulting formed an LLC in 2020 but the owner, Lee Daugherty, has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. We specialize in new commercial buildings i.e. office warehouses, crane serviced buildings, PEMBs (red iron structures), concrete tilt-wall construction, equestrian arenas for shows, roping and barrel racing. We also offer new residential custom homes and some remodeling services with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
